Key injuries to Fever and Pro clearly hurt. When I see Ovi passing up great shots and passing or firing off wrister's it tells me he is showing wear and tear. Leno didn't provide quite the pop we were all hoping for. Regardless of our feeble offense, Anderssssen outdueled LT. Never underestimate G play.

Long before today I hated the offsides reviews minutes after the fact. If you dont score on the rush or within 20 seconds or whatever it can't be reviewed. If its so close that the linemen couldnt see it, its simply not a difference maker in the play.

Saying Ovi was one of our worst players is laughable. He struggled at times tonight, sure, he's 39 and probably playing through some kind of injury, but he was putting opportunities together. Carlson was atrocious all playoffs long though, I cannot wait for him to be gone.

Sandin had a particularly awful round as well, we really felt the loss of Marty. On the other hand, Roy was a really awesome development for us this season - between him, Chyc, and Marty we really have a solid three defensemen to build around. I honestly think that AA will get better, this series was just a terrible matchup for his size and style of play, and TVR is solid when not having to cover for gaffs

You can’t wait till carlson is gone? That is a sad statement for a caps fan to make IMO.
