I’m fine with the return. Clears up a roster spot. Tex is a dime a dozen bottom sixer and would be rather expensive on the fourth line.

The last of Jarmo’s golden children…hope he takes a step forward in STL, I don’t think he’d amount to much more than what he is if he stayed. Best of luck to him.

Offensive potential never realized. A good bottom six player. Forecheck, stick check, positionally, all plus areas in his game. Very subtle trash talker on ice.

He came in and played well during the Tampa series and I thought we really had something.

This was an unforced error.

A) They may not be willing to part with a 3rd for him
B) Its a 4th this year. Thats is more valuable than a 3rd next year because its only a 1 round difference and its a pick this year. Can be used to move up or for a piece and GM will already have several players circled for that pick.

Scouting report on him?

Excellent acceleration, forchecking. He is skill, can pass good. One is ideal with grinders/power forwards, prefers vertical hockey, played his best hockey with Robinson and Kuraly, but looked very good in the Jenner -Texier - Foligno line. Has ideal transition. I am afraid his shoot was not so good here also hockey IQ is average.
Ideal bottom six player, plays good in PK.

Not for over $2 million/season that the Blues gave him. Just sign Cam for the league minimum and he’ll be a better option
