Looks like Tarasov finally got another start today (Wednesday) and he notched the win 6-2. He stopped 31 of 33 shots. Just three starts in 31 games for his team. He needs more playing time...I cannot imagine this is good for his development.
I think that goalies can still make big progress in practice, and Russian teams tend to have the best goaltending training. But dangit, only 3 in 31 games?

I just checked and the Jackets signed him in Spring 2019, and he was on loan to Finland last year. I don't know what agreement he is on to play in Ufa, you can't be loaned to the KHL, right? Meaning, he can't be brought to Cleveland this year now that the KHL season has started.
