More Blue Pants
Our brains absolutely fled this game. Terrible defense, terrible passing. Just moronic decisions all over.
Yeah Waddell is known for big trades, I fully expect a shocker in the offseasonThe past month has shown Waddell all he needs to see to overhaul the roster for next season
I expect a lot of changes from trades to free agent signings
Name a position and it needs an upgrade
Trying to decide whether to start or sit Montembeault in fantasy hockey.
This is only the 17th game and 2 days rest. And the time difference is only 3 hours (4 hours, 22 minutes fly). Professional athletes have special care, massages, etc. In the KHL they play in Vladivostok and Khabarovsk, it is 7 hours difference between Vladivostok and Moscow (8 hours 55 minutes), then go to the European part of Russia, where it is Moscow time. Or the Siberian tour. Btw, the closest non- Pacific team is Omsk, 3 hours (5 hours 30 minutes or 4 hours and something) difference. What are the Pacific teams to say?For those who may be wondering, I started Montembeault. I decided the Jackets are probably tired after the west coast swing. So game two of a back to back on the road did not seem favorable for a CBJ offensive explosion.

You may have to trade something of value to get something of valueI'm assuming your reply was sarcastic..So to respond to FG
The problem with trades is who would want the guys we would be willing to trade?
If we all think Provorov sucks who would want him for much more than a 4th rounder? Maybe if someone is desperate at the TDL then maybe we could get a 1st.
Severson's contract makes that a no brainer unless the Jackets are willing to eat 50%. (Which in my opinion is not completely insane Think of it as we just locked in a 3rd pair guy for 6 years)
Jiricek is either a very late bloomer or a very slow learner.
The top guys are young and have promise so I don't see any of them being traded.
Elvis? maybe but probably not bring back a lot, if anything.
Severson with his second “I have no hockey IQ” play of the night
I’d bench both Provorov and Severson for that. Complete tire fire from both of them
Provorov/Severson might be the worst d pairing in the league
That was quite the defensive clinic right there…..
Thanks everyone. You saved me the need for my obligatory GDT post dumping on SeversonSeverson healthy scratch next game.
