I like this move and the Monahan move. Both character guys and should make for a fun locker room. Which should provide a positive atmosphere with less stress on younger players. Accountability is good thing but too much can turn a cold streak into a down season.

I'm fully expecting Waddel's pick in coaches to be a hardass. Too keep things balanced and professional.
