What is the "European ice hockey pyramid"?

I think it has something to do with the quality of the teams. But then why is Gavrikov (Yaroslavl) two tiers below Nutivaara (Karpat)? Yaroslavl > Karpat. And Merzlikins (Lugano) shouldn't be ahead of Carlsson (Linkopings).

Power in European ice hockey pyramid is not league-based but team related. It is survival of the fittest. Resources, quality of coaching and youth setup do play in. Cream rises to the top but standings fluctuate season to season. Everyone is placed on the same league table but they are also in different castes if you get the idea.

Another factor which affects is player impact which seals the placement.

What agency is responsible for compiling and ranking the list?

It is cutting-edge approach so no wonder the American 'irresistible empire' is lagging behind.

The only you need is competence when ranking teams in the universal league table. The Universal Blue Jackets in-Europe playing prospects league table:

Kärpät
Lokomotiv Jaroslav
Lugano
Linköping
HV71
Rögle
KooKoo
VÃ¥lerenga

I have seen many cutting edge approaches, and I find them extremely useful when used in context and collaboration with time-tested approaches. To achieve highest consciousness, the reason of vast and disparate warriors must be assembled. The perspicacityn of this new culture is made sturdier on the soaring wings of congregated and considered exploration and analysis.

I think that the universal league table has quite clear pattern.

Tier 1: Kärpät
Tier 2: Jaroslav, Lugano
Tier 3: Linköping, HV71
Tier 4: Rögle, KooKoo
Tier 5: VÃ¥lerenga

I shall respond to this new explanation with a new response:

You spelled perspicacity wrong.

Knowing the economical Eurasian hots-spots would get you somewhere as would basic geographical knowledge. Add in some low level information of Eurasian ice hockey and the mystery is solved. It is a new world of ice hockey for you to discover. I can only do so much.

Of course it it always an option to stay uninformed.

What do you do first when you go to the men's room? You wash your hands. It is a question of respect. The same goes with Eurasian ice hockey pyramid.

 I have no idea what many of your posts mean, but they are creative in their use of metaphors.

This one is owned to Jose Luis Torrente. Torrente, el brazo tonto de la ley, is one of the highlights of European cinema which I can highly recommend.
