Like someone else said, it's getting tougher. Still being somewhat new to the community, I would appreciate some guidance on what best prospect means (generally). I'm voting Anderson - add Sedlak.

Best prospect - "Who has received the most hype and review and notarity of the players listed?" That would be Milano.
Best Prospect - "Who most likely could help push the CBJ forward in 2016-17? Josh Anderson; that big body in the corners could help create some puck possessions opportunities.
Best Prospect - "Who on this list has the opportunity (over the course of a career) to grab this team (and possibly the league) by the throat and dominate over a long period of time? - Forsberg. He could be a "Henrick Lundqvist" or a "Pascal LeCalire". Neither would surprise me.

The answer is "It's up to you to make your own definition."

Add Nutivaara.

I'm likely voting for the player I think has the highest likelihood of being a 10+ year NHL contributor in the bottom 9 over a guy I'm not convinced isn't an American Zherdev.

The best prospect means who will be the best if every player reaches their potential. Then, when it is close, you can use who has the greater chance of reaching their potential, who has played better recently, etc....

Exactly, This is RDriesen's personal criteria. Of course, you are welcome to weigh various criteria differently.

It's the only thing that came to mind as I watched him over and over again try to make a pretty play by himself instead of using his teammates in the regular season and playoffs (to a lesser extent). I also know I'm alone in my extreme dislike of him as a prospect.

I'm a bit hesitant about him. He's only 20 so the light could go on at some point but he doesn't seem to have made the progress a 1st round pick should have, imo. Especially if one is counting him as a top prospect. That being said I did vote for him because he has the skills to be a big time scorer imo
