Samoskevich and Sourdif played great. We're going to need something like that I think, to try and win this thing again this year. Young guys coming in a making an impact. Mackie should have 2 goals the last 2 games. But, you know...
Even though Bennett and Mackie have good chemistry. I would definitely at some point try Samoskevich on the top line. Mackie also is actually really good defensively. Could work really well with Reinhart and Barkov.

Sourdif was good, although sadly I think he's gonna be a trade chip in a week. But that's the price you pay for being an annual contender . The good news is Kinnear and Charlotte seem to be doing a great job with these young guys .

I will pump the brakes on this, but I really like his game and the big thing that stands out to me is that he's willing to play a responsible game and plays very intelligently for his experience level.
Need to see him finish more consistently, though.
