Wow! He's more than earned it since returning from injury in GR. Been consistently dangerous offensively, smart defensively, and he never gives up on a puck. He's a pest too when he needs to be

He definitely has 0 future in detroit, might as well dump guys with term next season this deadline if we can and open up spots for next season

Gustafsson holl tarasenko veleno can go this deadline. I'd throw in compher if a team gets desperate but yzerman wont

Rather let's say trade gustafsson for a 4th and using that 4th for Alec Martinez. We lose no assets and free up a roster spot next season
