There's simply no such thing. I'm honestly shocked they overturned an official's call on that play. Those are 50-50 at best and the call on the ice usually stands. HUGE break for us, that we almost give right back, in true Canes fashion.

50/50 goes the way of the overturn now. Refs don’t want to give a penalty to the other team on top of screwing them. Unintended consequence of that rule.
