If Darling shits the bed and they lose, I still think playing him here is the right decision. This is the more winnable of the two games and you send the message that we are winning both f***ing games, not hedging and making sure we win night 1 and worry about the 2nd half when we get there. The message to the players is we are going after 4 points not 2.

This strategy is the likeliest way to 4 points. It’s also the likeliest way to 0 points, but right now I think either of those outcomes are better than 2 points. No need to hang around the bubble now, get 4 and be in a playoff spot Sunday morning or get 0 and know you’re done.
