I'd take him back at Colorado as a #3C, he'd be much better than that Compher.

The thing is that he ll be 35 when next season starts. I believe either he gets 3m on a 1yr deal or less on a 3yr deal. Not sure anybody will want to commit long term with covid situation.

His play declined through the season in Arizona and he was invisible in the bubble. I expect he’ll end up with a very short, very cheap contract, and fans will say it’s a steal but ultimately find he was priced right.

He is a good bottom 6c but he is a bit older so I would be careful with term. Pretty underrated for most of his career but at this point you wonder how much longer he can keep it up

I'd be OK with 2 years 2.5 per year

Could he end up back in Boston?

Buy some time for Studnicka, and some depth with two aging C's up front.

I think he's worth 3M. Two at 2.5 also sounds right. Good glue guy. Under utilized in AZ, imo, but still got his points. He did slow down as the season went on.
