If anyone has any resources (articles/podcasts/interviews/social media follows etc) on how to get into scouting or film analyst type stuff and could point me in the right direction I would be very appreciative.

If anyone in this thread, has any experience in these aspects of the game (at any level!) and want to shed some experience(s) and/or knowledge, my DM's are always open.

Thanks in advance!

A good way for aspiring scouts to get into the business is by putting your scouting content online. Do it for a few drafts and you could get attention at pro level. Seen a few online NBA guys get hired and honestly they weren't even that good. You can make a name for yourself in poor drafts especially. Baseball teams have 50-60 scouts at various levels.
