Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. Have you tried Upwork? I tried it briefly and got no takers so it's not a guarantee or anything.
Interview was going great until I got one of these gotcha questions. How many of X are in city Y? I rambled on and on. I gave some good tidbits and good variables that I was looking for but I was completely thrown off.
