Having options is great until you need to tell someone you really liked no. That always sucks.

Still better than the alternative though.

Had three promising interviews so far and a few more scheduled for this week. This is going to be a tough decision!

That is fantastic that you may have 3 good choices. That must feel great!

I might have to take a big pay cut (initially) and hire two people. But it would be very worth it 6 months from now. Tough decision.

Or I offer two part time positions but I don't think that's a good idea.
