Because he's a lazy bum who got $12 Million in upfront money to be a professional hockey player.
What does he do? He goes and joins prestigious golf clubs and drinks fine wine, warming himself by fireplace at night.

Horrible hockey player who can now only dump the puck into the corner. That's all he's good for. No more skil, no more hustle, strength, heart, nothing. There's a ****ing 32 year old shell in the form of a hockey player in that 19 jersey.

90 percent of the team worked really hard this game, but Torts doesn't deserve to win it.
