Cam Allen with 1+2 and is still leading his team in points. So does he get traded before Luchanko over takes him in points or after?

Also, Hershey is going to have a log-jam in the right side next year with Iorio, Chesley, and Allen. I suppose Iorio will have to be in the NHL.

Iorio is not waivers exempt next year. He needs to be 4RD. Chesley could also be in the mix. Depends on what they do with TVR.

I like Cam Allen. If he gets good minutes in Hershey next year that is good.

There are more people on Earth that can play running back in the NFL than any other position so even though they're among the most recognizable people on the team they don't go in the 1st round and make the least money among position players. There are many many many more people on Earth that can play goalie in the NHL than RB in the NFL, and this is a factor why if you pick by Best Player Ceiling you're never taking a goalie first round. Even if you take a team like the Rangers with an elite goalie in the NHL the majority of the last 20 years it's really more of an albatross having to pay a goalie at the top of the market more than an asset. Anyone that says Florida has been 2 finals paying Bob $10M+, he almost blew the Finals for them last year and I'd rather have Logan Thompson than him because you get a $9M+ player too and LT went for 2 3rds.
Laughable.

It's been interesting to watch recent NCAA guys trying to adapt to the NHL. Other than Celebrini the ones I'm aware of have all struggled to some extent. Gauthier, McGroarty, Smith. Even Fantilli hasn't looked amazing.

Just an observation ahead of the eventual Lenny show in DC.

Gauthier has been fine just unlucky, McGroarty and Smith came too early, and I don't really know what's up with Fantilli. Other guys like Cooley and L Hughes have been good right away. Not sure that it's an NCAA thing though as much as just a young guy thing.

Seamus Casey has been really good at both the AHL and NHL levels this year too.

I'm definitely glad Leonard went back though. The extra year will be good for his development.
