The one time feed from the point with a left handed shot (Backstrom) would hamper the feed to Ovie, as Nicky would have to rotate to feed the pass on the forehand to Ovechkin.

Also they need more quality shots from the point to make it a legitimate threat, not completely taking away the option by putting 19 up there.

Vrana has a nice one timer but it's not as powerful as Orlov's. Vrana has a good wrist shot too. Maybe Burt can crank a solid one-T.

He has to get the puck from somewhere. He can't be positioned to feed a forehand pass to both wings at the same time. He'll have to rotate to feed one of the options, which telegraphs the pass.
