Anybody can fill me in on why Vrana is so much in and out of the lineup? Dude is scoring at a pretty decent rate for the amount of ice time he gets even if his defense and all that is suspect.
Also see no point in having Miroshnichenko with the main team with his current usage. Guy is a scorer, either let him play or send him down. Or better yet - trade for a blue chip RHD prospect.

I think if it was a playoff game he'd get in over Hendrix. They want to see what they have with Hendrix and Vrana doesn't figure into their long term plans.

Fair but still a shame for Vrana, the team has been starving for goals all last season and now they're benching somebody who actually gets the job done.

Nice to see Rybinski get the call up. His stats have been good with Hershey this year, I assume his play backs them up? Nice bit of GMing to get him after Florida drafted but wouldn't sign him.

I do think it a bit interesting that they didn't call up Sgarbossa again. I wonder if a) they don't want to risk him hitting the 10 game mark and needing to pass through waivers again, or b) if this is actually similar to the Vrana question, where they mostly just want to give them young guy a chance to see how he does. (Either way, it's always nice to see young guys get a chance with the NHL club, let them practice and hang out, give them that paycheck for a few days, in this case possibly extended time due to the Christmas break.)

He’s basically in Sprong 2.0 territory. Sure the offense is there occasionally, but it comes at a price.
Similar role maybe but If I had to pick one I would expect more scoring from Vrana if given top-6 minutes, I think he's just the better player. Not sure though where he's at with that yeyo abuse story and all the personal stuff he'd struggled with in the past.

Your comment answers its own question. This isn’t last year. Team is scoring just fine. It’s seemingly the defensive portion that matters most.

And they are winning. Routinely.

I don’t see the issue as of yet.

Alternative theory Eller got really worried about those drones in New Jersey and went to investigate and got rabies when he was bitten by an infected squirrel.
You all need to wake up.

The drones are obviously paid actors proving the existence of the flat earth, hired by P. Diddy to distract from the UHC shooting, which was itself a psy-op to distract people from the Israel-Pakistan conflict.

It's all there for you sheeple and it only makes sense that Lars Eller has been involved since the beginning.

Flat earthers must be thrown off roofs so they can prove another theory called gravity.
