I hear ya, but I just think he needs to work through this in Washington. He hasn’t really looked unconfident to me lately. What i see is lack of awareness in the system. I guess you can say that is a lack of confidence in the system, but that can be worked on here.

Regardless, I assume we’ll find out soon when Eller comes back. Either Miro or Lappy will go to Hershey. I think it will be Miro.

Less than 24 hour turnaround = sub-optimal. But the Wings suck at defending - Rangers-level of defensive responsibility. Hard for McCllelan to change that in 3 days. Feels like it’s easier for a new coach to come in and unlock offense than lock-down defense
