Honestly nothing to be a shamed of with this performance. Obviously WAS is the better team but the habs hung in there way better than anyone thought they would. I think this performance gave them a lot of confidence. If they didn't believe in their ability to beat WAS, I am sure they will after tonight's performance.

Laine and Demidov is a terrible combo 5 on 5. Like I'd get it on the PP, but who's gonna shelter these guys? Newhook as he rips into the offensive zone at a million miles an hour missing the net completely and sending the puck back in the other direction?
