I'm sure they have something specifically for it at the pro level, but a thin coat of shampoo on the inside of your visor will keep it from fogging. Just don't use anything with a heavy scent or you'll end up with a headache like me. Works better than anything I've ever tried that was actually labeled for that purpose.
