To be fair I’ve been a proponent of keeping Necas long term and betting on his potential for years now so this is less based on these 10 games than me being a fan of his game for a while. But yeah I don’t disagree here

Idk about that. I think he had been somewhat upset with his role in the past few seasons, to which I don’t blame him. He’s now getting PP1 time and top 6 minutes, which should last going forward considering the gaps in the top 6 left by Turbo, Guentzel, etc.

I’ve never gotten the indication that he’s lazy or just out for a pay day at all. Effort has never been even remotely a concern with him, it’s always been decision making. Dude backchecks more than anyone out there
