Yeah but if not for Gudbranson then we wouldnt have been able to aquire Pearson who we would not have extended last year to a three year contract after two underwhelming seasons which meant we could not offer a long term contract to franchise 1C Elise Pettersson this offseason meaning we will be even more screwed cap wise in three years

Unfortunately in the offline world there is a large majority of casuals that don't follow all of Benning's dealings.

I think its more the CHL is over scouted then the Canucks not knowing how to scout the CHL. Historical we have done very well in Sweden and out of the USHL

I think its more the CHL is over scouted then the Canucks not knowing how to scout the CHL. Historical we have done very well in Sweden and out of the USHL

they dont know how to scout in the CHL
that is pretty much confirmed at this point
