Yeah, it has been a long time since we've developed players in the minors. Nearly all of our prospects that panned out in the past decade went straight into the NHL (or only played a few games in the AHL).
And it’s such and underrated aspect of an organization, because saving money on say a Pettersson over a Forbort or a Raty over a Blueger just adds that much more to the spend at the top of the lineup.
