What? We dominated the league for good chunks of the season, prior to Zadorov and Lindholm joining the squad. Yeah they made us better, and we're not a top tier contender at the moment, but this is a playoff team!

Its ok to be simultaneously dissapointed with not even getting to talk to the big fish and also not be in a holy hell, the sky is falling mood. There's plenty of time to improve the team still and make smart, calculated bets that improve the floor of the team while maintaining flexibility.

One of the more interesting pieces to come from this is if we aren't going to spend to the cap, getting rid of Poolman's contract becomes a lot more important for accruing space leading up to the deadline.
