Juulsen shouldn't need to play unless there is another injury. I'd guess Mancini goes to Abbotsford.

I think management wants to not only be competitive in the short term, but also the mid to long term, and in order to do that, you eventually need to develop and graduate prospects to the NHL. From that perspective, I’m not sure that they will trade any of DPetey, Mynio or Kurdryatdev.

We have no real impact youth (forward) knocking at the door.

Your alternatives are either:
-A high risk injury ridden guy like Josh Norris.
-Aiming for a reclaimation guy like Philipp Kurashev
-Or paying a stupid amount more for a Marco Rossi.

We're in a totally stupid period where we are doubling down on Pettersson and now have to take on massive risks to build the forward group around him.

Needed to send someone down since they are going to activate Sherwood tomorrow. The interesting aspects are waiving PDG and Karlsson & D-Petey remaining up.

Abbotsford is at home tonight vs Calgary. I assume that PDG and Raty, and Mancini, for that matter, won't be there in time to suit up.

Norris is a great talent but I'm more concerned about his shoulder than chytils concussions.

Pay whatever it takes within reason to get Batherson along with him and then we're really talking.
