I feel like the insiders are just full throttle trying to get people to listen and clicks.
Cant see any major trades before Xmas, if nothing else but respect to the players who would be moved and traded so close to the Holidays.
Maybe in early Jan, but I cant see one now. You never know tho with Chef Allvin in the kitchen.
A better trade partner for the Canucks are the Preds. Preds could really use a top line center and have the assets to pay for it.
Pius Suter would be leading the Preds in goals. He would be available for the right price..
Canucks arent moving any other Cs tho.

I was just kidding about moving Suter. He has been a very valuable player for the Canucks. One of the best signings in recent years. He is soo smart and can play anywhere from 1st line to 4th and Wing or Centre.

I feel like every single season there’s some pathetically vague Canucks rumor that (allegedly) culminates in a deal many weeks later where the best player involved is an overpaid depth guy leaving Vancouver.
Canucks have literally been one of the teams making the biggest splash trades over the last few seasons in the NHL.

but if you remember all these media guys are chasing clicks it makes sense the rumours they peddle mainly relate to markets with lots of active online fans.
