I don't understand why a rental Boeser with 27 points in 37 games this year is bringing back a 1st and 2nd while Bjorkstrand with another year left and 29 points in 45 games this year is only bringing back 2 2nds.

The Miller deal looks kinda crappy for the Canucks while it also seems like a deal that Utah wouldn't be all that crazy about. I don't really know that a 31 year old center is what they'd be looking to spend assets on, even if the assets they're giving up are fairly tame.

The other ones are negligible trades, not even worth commenting on.

For who? Kesselring has established himself this year as a very good top 4 young two way defenseman and Lamoureux has shown good signs at the pro level as a defenseman with great physical tools and potential to fill out (the fact he has shown offensive abilities as a pro this yr is very exciting considering he was viewed as a pure DFD back at the draft. Bjugstad and Stenlund aren't worth much. Wouldn't be as big of a name trade as you'd expect for a Miller deal but Utah trading two of their top young D is far from nothing.

I don't think 20 games of Boeser at 75% retention is worth more than a full season of Bjorkstrand at full money.

Boeser is the better scorer but Bjorkstrand is the significantly better play driver.

it’s almost a half season difference as of today. Minnesota has played 45/82 games. What are you talking about 20 games vs full season. Minnesota is 2nd in their division and 4th in the conference, teams pay to go in and reward their teams performance

Bjorkstrand is being traded in the off-season when players, especially wingers aren’t valued as much in trade which wasn’t even factored in
