THE NEW 2014-15 SEASON
This is the annual CBV-FHL, as originally put on by PNF (Phillynucksfan)

League invite is renewed to past members. Will likely open up 2-4 more spots this season, one of which is already given to Dogwood, the 2011 and 2012 champion.

This is auction draft.

This is H2H.

If there is interest, we can do a separate rotisserie style league too.

Well, I haven't seen nor heard from PNF about his usual fantasy hockey leagues - unless he started up some secret ones, or I missed them earlier during summer.

This is an annual tradition where the best of the best come and go head to head for bragging rights.

The league is the usual H2H settings - identical to last year if you participated in it.

Although I'm concerned that there's only 3 people in the league at the moment... Last night I logged into the other Canucks Board veteran league draft and there were only 6 teams... and only me and Bingo Bango showed up to draft, after which the league was deleted.

How would you guys feel about missing the first week of the season in order to do this properly and have a full league where everyone can make the draft?

Throwing it out there and want to see what you guys think.

I'll send out links to waiting list tomorrow morning, so if you're looking to join and are on the waiting list, make sure to check back for a message.

The rest of you members, I encourage you to try and track down previous members who have participated, always fun when we can come back year after year to compete.

If you are to join/request a spot, we need another member to join as well so that we don't have an odd number. It would be great to make it to 10 teams for the draft.

Looks like draft time will have to be pushed back as we had an odd number sign up right before the draft.

We still need one more GM - if that happens soon, I believe we can schedule the draft for 3PM (earliest allowed today at this point)

UPDATE

Draft is at 4PM, earliest allowed, we have 10 players. If a new GM joins during the next 2 hours, and we have an odd number, they will be removed in order to allow the draft to proceed. We must have an even number of players. If we get 12, then that will be fine.
