Puck in the eye, but there wasn't any blood or ocular fluid squirting on the ice, so I'm holding out hope that he didn't do any permanent damage, and will be back in a day or so after the swelling goes down.

I'm disappoint we're not devoting more time and energy into discussing Olli Jokinen's hair. It's unbelievably spectacular. I'd be willing to say he's one of the greatest hockey players of all time based solely on his hockey hair.

But he hit a guy hard! And had a hard slapshot miss the net!

He's had a pretty solid game, but not nearly as good as this thread would indicate. He does make a lot of small mental errors ... including jumping early on the line change that led to their PP goal.

Tanev, on the other hand, has been sublime. Edler horrible.
