Like I said: teams get hot. Goalies get hot. The Avalanche had absolutely no business being in the playoffs two years ago, but there they were.

It's been said before, but it seems like many people here care more about "being right" than seeing all of the players and team be successful.
If by "here" you mean "the internet", I think you might just be on to something.

My point is that our current stretch is unsustainable and has to be sustainable for us to have a chance at playoffs. We're hot now -- you guys really think we'll be scoring like this forever -- more importantly, will our goalies ever steal a game?
Ward stole the Montreal game a week or so ago.
He played a great game, I don't know if he stole it.

Either way he stole the hell out of that Avalanche game earlier in the year.
