He’s only had 4 games this year with a sv % above .900.

He has just not been as good this year.....

Point taken, but still… all the things that went wrong add up to zero if Raanta makes an NHL-level play on the puck. Even as much as Martinook got walked, he forced the rush to an angle where a goal should not result.

Raanta last year in the playoffs was a decent goalie going on a hot streak. But somehow that run is justification used by a lot here on why he should stay up and Kooch should be sent down when Freddie is back because of the small sample size on Kooch.
