I think Price plays tomorrow, Tokarski in Calgary. You want to start the road trip with a win and your #1 gives you the best chance.

We love to lose to terrible teams so I'm a bit worried about this one.

Went to about 20 Montreal games in Edmonton and Calgary when I lived in Alberta, could be focussing on the negative but don't recall walking away happy very often

Sabres and Panthers come to mind as a couple of other lottery teams that we should walk over but don't

GDT = creepy

I hope les boys can keep this party rolling as long as possible. should be able to beat the Oils if we keep up the intensity. I think Dale said it best the other day, the Habs have pretty good depth up front and its causing everyone to work extra hard to get ice time or even start.

indeed :biglaugh:

but seriously, do not take them lightly. they've padded on a few wins since their disastrous start. and don't take penalties

There are a number of buildings we struggle in.
It seems to me it is often the ones where we put fans in the seats.
Our opponents always seem to be up for those games.

Considering we usually play terribly in Western Canada, I would consider this trip a success if we get one win. Hopefully it's tonight in Edmonton. Would love to see Sekac in over Bourque who hasn't done squat in 8 games. He can't even kill penalties.

I think we might lose this one, hopefully not.

We did win in Vancouver last year. Eller scored from the bench if you remember. :laugh:

This Habs team is much better, deeper than any team in the past 15 years. New era, new results. If the Habs compete they will come home with 2 wins minimum.

Realistically, I'll say we win two of three this week. But if the luck-ghosts need to balance the books, I'm okay losing two games against WC teams that we have no rivalry with.

Roster-wise, does anyone know if Sekac and/or Beaulieu made the trip?
