You can criticize Nylander's December and January all you want but he's been terrific in February.

Outside of the goals he looks more like the 11.6m player. Matthews looks freaking lazy, he just gets the feed and scores.

naz and patty have dropped their pace a bit; but marner, johnsson, kappy have picked it up significantly. furthermore, tavares has already potted 64 pts (compared to 97 pts from bozo+jvr); now you add the production of kappy/or/ johnsson to tavares 64+37 or 32 thats easily matched bozak+jvr (almost) with still 22 games to go. basically tavares and inclusion of johnsson and emergence of kappy has significantly imrpved scoring even though marleau and kadri have slowed a bit; but marner beasting (already matching his last season) and matthews projected to exclipse his last season's production we are already much better in terms of offense.

Nylander on the other hand stands out like a sore thumb; he needs to start producing numbers-> corsi+zone entries are not going to win games; things that influence outcome of the games i.e. goals and assists will provide a lot of help.

Willy has seem to be getting better now he needs to produce points -> production matters!!

We truly need players like brown nylander lindholm and others. Who do nothing special for the team. No hits, no talk, no forecheck, nothing. Team wrongfully built. Not for tha playoffs. Mcquaid, glendeling and clifford are coming in. Or we lose. MARK MY WISE WORDS I've seen it all. I ****ed it all. Everything. I know LIFE:
We got rid of to many hard suckas too fast with no replacement coach. Guys who play full out up and down.

Andersen is REAL.

This team is not. NO HARDNESS. at all. NO PLAYOFFS spirit or energy. Not enough. Need different players learn about life.

T.
The quick strike cherry picking offensive mentality and the soft as butter 'active' stick waving and fly bys instead of taking the body is why we functionally suck.

Imagine being silly enough to think the fourth most talented forward on this team not signing is a better option.
Imagine ignoring reality. Sorry the facts support my position and not yours :) We've been worse with him. And his production is laughable

We have enough soft wingers. I would've let him sit and targeted Simmonds. Everyone laughed at me. Not looking so crazy now

We should get Ennis working on face offs, and waive Lindholm, bring up Moore.

When Kadri comes back, a 4th of Moore-Ennis-Brown would be interesting to watch. Quick, all have high motors.

Yeah, let's just ignore the fact that he didn't play a single NHL game for EIGHT MONTHS on top of no practice in that time with the team.

How can he perform up to his level when you put that nasty, pathetic, disgraceful plug Marleau plus Brown with him? Two of the worst anchors in the league. Marleau can't even keep up in an alumni game. Sad sack of ****.
Oh, so you're saying Nylander can't carry a line and had padded stats due to playing with Matthews? Fully agree.

Zach Hyman has a very unique skill of making every pass he receives hop up onto its edge. It's Jedi-like.
