We've had alot of possession but this hasn't been a good game for us.

Habs played the best they could play in the second and did a great job just hanging on.

Against a good team we are losing like 6-1.

The jets aren’t contenders neither are the oilers. Don’t think the rangers are either. Toronto def isn’t and is the worst playoff team in the league against bad teams.

A player looking to get paid $8M+ needs to at least elevate that pass from Jack. He had a lot of time too. Idk if it's the lack of awareness or what - but I feel like Bratt gets rid of the puck way too quickly for he's capable of (and not just on that pass). He took a Miles Wood like shot there. It could have been 3-2 but it's now 4-1. Oh well.

We just witnessed the Leafs losing in regulation to Columbus and Chicago in the same week lol. It happens.

If you thought the Habs were amazing or something… ok.

You know as well as I do you can lose a hockey game all over the ice except on the scoreboard. They are a much inferior team that did everything they needed to do to keep the puck out of the net all over the ice and we were sloppy on like ten occasions and those ten turned into excellent chances that fell into the hands of some of their better players.

It's not always about quantity. Quality is more important, but the bean counters won't agree bc that's all they have.

Holy shit you guys are miserable. They've had 3 breakaways (2 being on the tape of a guy who hasn't scored this whole year + Miles Wood) and the opposing goalie being so locked in that he made a save on one of better players without looking + our goalie playing his worst game of the year.

it wasnt a slopfest. We controlled the game. Their goalie made saves, ours didnt. It happens. There are 25 more games. you move on.
