The got down by two quickly at the start of the second and score effects kicked in a little bit. I don’t think the shot / possession metrics would be as lopsided without the score.

It was a more up and down game when it was tied and they were been sloppy defensively. Still both goals should have been stopped. But I don’t know (so far) you can walk away happy with the performance.

This is just a shitty team hanging on to a lead they wouldn’t have if our goalie didn’t suck ass tonight. It happens. Can still come back, but it’s looking like one of those nights.

Yes Vanacek has done so much for us this year but he’s human and wants at least the first goal of that period back. Go bail him out guys in the 3d.

We are also sluggish. Just a little off on everything and squeezing the sticks too surprisingly. Wood and Smith on the breakaways. Plus Hughes and Bratt are overpassing. Maybe Lindy shakes up the lines a bit in the 3.

Our entire season has been falling behind early and dominating the rest of the game.

In this game we shouldn't even be down at all. This is our third game in 4 nights and we're still skating them into the ground.

We are a frigging circus.

Our defense is ridiculous. Severson actually checked Siegs on one goal. We leave Suzuki their best player all alone.

The Habs aren't getting tons of chances but the ones they are getting should result in goals. Could be 5-1 if Vitek doesn't make the first saves.

We get pressure but we are just hot slop from the minute the puck dropped.
