Beauty goal by Buchanan to tie the game at 1-1 in the 57th minute. I thought he was offside but the replay showed he was clearly onside.

Mexico opened the scoring on a penalty at the end of the first half on a debatable call that was awarded after a review. Testy game so far, tempers are definitely elevated.

Now Mexico gets awarded another penalty on a tackle at the edge of the box when a worse tackle on the edge of the box wasn't called when Buchanan was tackled earlier. Me thinks some people are on the take.

The soccer gods make it right though and Crepeau makes the save. Still 1-1.
