GDT: Canada vs USA

US aren’t going to be able to keep playing at this pace if Canada stays this physical. Great game so far.

I've never seen Canadians trash one of their owns like Clarke lol! Even when you have an underwhelming player in Wright. He must've been really bad this tournament.

Could the ice be the answer for some D's lackluster performances? I mean the Finnish and Swedish D were pretty bad the whole tournament, more or less. The Canadian as well?

Baby Jesus, please let Bedard get drafted by a Western team

1st goal

So Clarke’s Defence partner made a no pressure icing. Canada loses the draw and gets scored on and that’s Clarke’s fault.

2nd goal

Clarke’s between his man and the goalie allowing a shot from the circles. The rebound goes to an open Connors to tap it in as Clarke’s partner allowed him by and was looking the wrong way.

Don’t understand how Clarke’s the one getting the hate while his Defence partner and the centers get none?
He has been the worst Canadian player by a mile. It's not a coincidence that bad things constantly happen when he is on the ice.

I expected Wright to be meh. I always thought his ceiling was 2nd line center. But Wright isn’t making boneheaded plays costing Canada like Clarke is.
