Well, USA deserved that win. Canada showed nothing different in terms of strengths or weaknesses, so I expect that Anholt and Cameron will continue to cite bad luck and their devotion to sticking to what has been going on.

Absolutely pathetic. Never been so disgusted. Refs are joke. To think Cowan is playing and not Martone is a joke. Scratch Cowan. Fire Cameron. Never let Gibson on the ice again.

the fact they let Eiserman run his mouth is humiliating. Any self respecting team would’ve laid him out centre ice to the point where he’s questionable for next years tournament.
eh don't worry about eiserman like i said it will be the brats highlight of his career lol he's not making it in the pros

Cowan isn't the only player at fault here. Look he's been bad I admit it too. But he's not the only guy.

Rehkopf took two dumb penalties, Ritchie, Pinelli and Mynio as well took dumb penalties.
Catton and Mckenna combine for 2 points through 4 games.
Yager has been invisible for a guy who's wearing the C.

Our coach constructed a team without guys who should be there in Yakemchuk, Sennecke and Misa.
Anyone checked Yager for a pulse, yet? Canada's "captain" has been invisible for 99% of the tournament, so far.

Worst Case, Ontario
He took 1 penalty in 4 games? Be real, you hate him because of who drafted him. There's other players that took more penalties than that this game alone.

He took a dumb penalty with a few minutes left in a one goal game, at just about the worst possible time, and didn't have enough of a positive impact to nearly make up for it. None of it has anything to do with who he was drafted by, that just happens to be why you are clinging to defend him.

He hasn't played all that well and did something dumb, it's ok to just admit that.
