Gets the nost ice time and not that he has many points. Has been worst forward on the team by far.

He doesn't get the most ice time. I don't know why people just make stuff up.

And even if he did... in what league do you give your leading scorer less ice time because you hate him?

I am actually not concerned with Team Canada
5 on 5 they have been great

They can clean up the PP issues

This will be gold medal match up

Who is Canada’s best player? Who is the danger man, who opposing defenders sweat bullets when they see him hopping the boards? Cowan wishes he was, but this team is just inept offensively. Nary a high danger chance all night.
What? They had tons of high danger chances. They just can’t score, which goes back to your point anyway.

We fumbled the bag on who we took on the team

Give credit to the Americans though. They had a game plan and they executed the best they can.

We on the other hand didn't. We played our plugs

Gavin McKenna in my opinion generated the most chances for the Canada. Good puck possession, doesn't handle the puck like a grenade try.

Why is McKenna the youngest player on this roster leading the charge?

And so much for the narrative before this tournament of "build a team for even strength dominance, special teams don't matter as much".

Hockey Canada needs to take a hard look at itself.
