Well, it's what we wanted to see! Gotta say though, for all the talk Hagens has had, he was pretty quit once it got physical.

Third line looked good . Thought Nadeau had a great period. Second line hasn't done much.

1st line has generated chances, but nothing high quality.

Game is getting chippy hopefully nobody does anything stupid.

Exciting first period. I love this tournament.

One of those games where the shot totals don't really reflect the flow of the game. Canada throwing tons of shots from outside right at the goalie, while the USA has hit a few posts from the slot and missed the net a few times on great chances. Doesn't feel like Canada has generated much in the slot.

I don't think Canada saw the American slot with the puck the entire period lol

Why was the American coach crying? I don't think that was a one sided scrum lmao
Looks like grabbing the visor.

Removing the helmet is also a penalty in the NHL, so probably one in international tournament.

That coach definitely posts here. He's crying over a potential missed call, but ignores what his team did.

All you're going to do is draw more attention to yourself.

Leonard came to play. Best F on the ice that period. Hockey Canada is drunk for not bringing Sennecke and Parekh/Yakemchuk.

Hockey Canada has a tendency of overdoing it sometimes. There has been plenty of tournies where they left off players that should have been playing
