Please my man/woman, Sweden played well, don't take anything away from a shoot out defense and g.

They did nothing of quality out there, but weren't asked to. That was 100% the Canadian players and coached neutering Canada not anything Sweden did.

Canada trying to be too cute way too often. Shoot puck with traffic. That should have been the recipe. Sweden did that all game long.

Really impressed with Sweden's structured defense. Mobile and hardly any mistakes which is rare for young kids like these

Great game Sweden, better team won today. Good luck to you the rest of the way.

Canada needs to learn from this loss.
Exactly this..

This is exactly the one you want to lose. File it away, learn from it and get ready for the real games.

I'm positive Canada gets better after this loss.

Like I said at the start.. hard to beat a team twice at this tourney. If they meet again, my pick will be Canada.

Pretty hard to win when you don't score.

Back-to-back shutouts -- one for and one against.

Then again, back-to-back-to-back for Sweden -- all for.

Okay, not going to waste my time here. I can only suggest you re-read the definition of boarding and watch the play again.
does it feel weird when you see something so surely that after a long review, with multiple people, the call went against what you thought?

like do you feel everyone was wrong, and you are right?

or do you start to try and consider why you are wrong?

This is about as clear a path as they'll get.

No Russia, Finland is weak, Canada is incredibly weak and they're on home ice.

USA is better on paper but they looked pretty mediocre against the Czech's today
Meh, Sweden is beatable. It was a good game but Canada has another gear when it matters.

Everyone is beatable, the tournament is pretty weak this year in general.

That said, Canada is pretty bad this year, easily their worst team on paper in many, many years.

Poitras needs to play much better.

For someone coming right from the NHL, he's looked slow and lazy.
