The depth just isn't there so the same thing will probably happen again. Couple of injuries and the team just won't belong in there against the heavyweights.

Yeah that is unfortunately true. For small nations to stay competitive on best-on-best tournaments with US and Canada, they need world class goaltending. The current goaltending is just not capable of that.

Only bright side. Well Sweden was even worse than us so USA-Canada was the only possible final matchup anyways.

I think Sweden is better but they just blew it by playing a goalie who was ill.
