It’s a clear penalty and of course Finland will taken more penalties in a game they’re being dominated in.

Kind of hard to take penalties when you have the puck all night.

I'm not sure Finland has the explosiveness to come back, but this is classic world juniors. Two periods of utter Canadian domination, but after one powerplay Finland is back in it only down 2 while generating a few half scoring chances.
