That was a horrid call, almost as bad as the one against the Italian defender. If they are going to give the referees a review, make sure they get it right. I have seen 3 reviews, and all were shit.

It looked like he got him on the left side of his chest and Larsen's head came back into his teammate. Even watching it a bunch, I don't see head contact, certainly not a match penalty for checking to the head.
 
Ehlers is a nice player to have when you are playing very defensive hockey. Such a great counter attacking outlet. He is so useful in getting his team up the ice and great at allieviating sustained pressure on the team. Would suit a Trotz-style system.
 
funny how the "experts" on swiss tv contradict each other regarding that major penatly. Furrer who was a defender agreed with it since the primary contact was the head and thinks that's what should be avoided in hockey because of the concussions etc. Reichert who was a forward thought it's harsh since Comtois did not use the elbow, did not jump and did not targeted the head. I kind of expected it the other way around but it shows that those cases are debatable nowadays and not that clear
 
dubois is showing some temper all tournament long. doesn't seem to help the team at all. the guy got some attitude as it seems. cbj fans might know :)
