I would like to see him make some late runs, but the Manager seems to have the shackles on him a bit.
My main criticism when he plays for the NT is that he tends to treat the ball like a hot potato under pressure. I like to see him more comfortable over the ball, and when he distributes. His off the ball movement is so smooth and he's so quick, that when the shackles come off, I'm confident in his ability to arrive late.

Charles Brym scored for Almere in a 2-1 loss at Feyenoord.

Sigur was not in the match day squad so either injured or ill.

Choiniere was back in the squad for Grasshopper but did not see time.

Sub appearances for Hoilett (big win over Celtic), Kone and Tajon.

Knight Lebel clean sheet for Crewe, this time in a back 4.

Bair started and played 60 in a win over Marseille. I would say that is great, but it came at the expense of Corn Dog who was sent off on 63 with a second yellow.

MLS updates can now start to roll in, Corbeanu starts for TFC tonight.

Today's news:

Promise David had two assists in a big 2-0 win on the road to Anderlecht.

Bomb with a clean sheet in a Nice over Montpellier

Davies came off the bench behind Ito (?!) in a 4-0 Bayern win over Frankfurt

Santi Lopez has been coming off the bench for Pumas.. Small role but at least part of the team this year.

It's a mixed MLS bag. Crepeau has his spot back from Pantemis but he gave a ball away to concede a goal after the great Kamal took an 11th minute red. Adekugbe is starting at left back in a proper back 4 which is nice to see in Vancouver. Jayden Nelson had two assists in the first half.

So all of the sudden Canadian goal keeping is in a right ole spot.

St Clair is likely to be far and away our best keeper going forward.

Creps has to keep Pantemis behind him because if he can't do that, what will he do for us?

Sirois showed the great shot stopper he can be but also how poor he both handles and distributes the ball.

McGill has an Ederson like left foot but he lost the net at the Dons and is now seemingly in reserve games at Brighton.

After that, we need a Boehmer to progress in Vancouver but he's still number 2. Can Gazdov get the net in Montreal?

Am I missing anyway else?

As i wrote this, Nelson with a beautiful run and then a great pass over to Adekugbe bombing forward. 3-0... Fantastic!!
