Knew you’d appreciate the Johnson and Guenther inclusions. Stellar players already just waiting their turn to really step into the spotlight! Hopefully we can get back to a position where we have so many options that filling out the bottom half of the lineup is a truly painful exercise of cutting out the elite of the elite.
The crazy thing is that if Schaefer, Dupont and Parekh hit on their potential, the defense corps is honestly even more fearsome than the forwards.

I agree it’s hard to predict five year down the road but looking back, the exercice has been done before with moderate success

And he got right 8 of the top 12 forwards, 4 out of the top 7 dman and 1 goalie (two counting the HM to Price)
Some of the other names were also mentionned
So of course there is some players coming out of no where and some players that will decline fast unexpectedly
But we can still have a good idea of the overall shape of the lineup

I recall many people predicting Jordan Staal would make the Team Canada lineup at the start of the 2009 season, fresh off the Pens cup win, but Team Canada had so many strong 2-way forward options.

The Athletic did a projection of Canada and USA in 2030. USA was pretty much the same as it is now, Canada was quite different. This is Canada:

No mention of Duncan Keith for that 2014 defence?
Duncan Keith played absolutely lights out for the Blackhawks when they won the cup in 2015. Runaway Conn Smythe winner.

Wouldn't surprise me.
He will have 2.5 NHL seasons under his belt. Only a year younger than Crosby was in 2010. A year older than Doughty was in 2010.
