Toffoli is worth more than a late first and habs will hold onto Dvorak who’s cost-controlled, and 2 years younger - and see if he can bounce back.
We know most of you want to bend the habs over, but they’re in no rush to move anyone and aren’t that desperate

As a Flames fan, Ik we'd need to add a 1st and maybe try doing a 4th/3rd for retention on TT? But that's if Montreal thinks that they can rekindle Monahan's shot, hopefully he gets back to being a 20+ goal scorer

The way most people word their stuff, the first name mentioned is usually the first described I'd probably say "not in respective order" but I do agree idk if Poirer will stick in the NHL

Add 2 first from Calgary and take away the mid pick and add a Montreal 2nd

Toffoli is worth a 1st plus and Dvorak had a rough year but is still worth a 1st too. Monahan at his cap hit isn’t worth much but you get a 2nd and it takes care of the cap and Montreal can sell Monahan at the deadline next year for whatever they can get

The difference between Calgary's 1st next year and Montreal's 2nd this year is like 10 picks (in draft position), why not just simplify it. Give Montreal a "refund" on Dvorak. 1st + 2nd + Monahan for both. Montreal would also probably prefer to keep as well as stock up on this years draft anyways. Then they can flip Monahan at next years deadline
