If we’re being honest with ourselves, the “4 games” part is doing some heavy lifting.Limiting McDavid to 6 points in 4 games is shutting him down?

Both teams are obnoxious about this. Both fan bases like to poke each other in the chest. It’s best just to laugh about it. Root for your dude. Otherwise you turn in to oilers fans and mcdavidNo salt over here. Avs fans are just obnoxious as f*** saying that nobody else is close to him. I agree he's the best in the league, but to act like that is asinine.
Basically solidified the Norris on the night as Hughes will miss too many games.2 goals, 4 assists tonight.
Cale Makar doing Cale Makar things.
Last time a defenseman had 6 points or more in a game? Anybody want to guess?
Pretty sure McDavid was a minus player in that series. Just because he picked up PP points doesn’t mean anythingMcDavid scored a goal in three out of the four games and put up seven points on thirteen Edmonton goals against a 119 point team.
You’re confusing a much better team who was the favorite decimating 39 year old Mike Smith and shutting down most of the rest of the Oilers with shutting down McDavid.

Not even a PP specialist. Empty net merchant along with his buddy MacGinnon. 100 points on the season. 62 of which came against a goalie. Pathetic!Frail Cale Makar only got 6 points because he heard we weren't done at the deadline yet and didn't want to be involved in the trade for Charlie Coyle. He'll go back to being a PP specialist tonight versus the Leafs.
